Schedule conflict

I just know this morning that Kobe Matsuri (Kobe Festival) that was cancelled due the spreading of Influenza H1N1 will be held at 19th of July.

I planned to go to Tokyo at 18th-20th of July.

I never went to see the festival live. Just saw from TV telecast since I came here.

If I go to Tokyo as planned, I will miss the festival for the fourth time. But, if go to the festival, it is very hard to find other date for Tokyo.

Hmmm... well I guest, I must consult with my friend at Tokyo who will be my guide first. Maybe 1st~3rd August will be a good date.
