Have you read the latest blog post from flickr's team?
They have removed the limit of number of sets for free user! This is a very good news.
However, only the recent 200 photos can be organized. I have 31 currently in my photostream, and more waiting.
Maybe I should buy a pro account when the number reaches 200.
